AI Ataa Company is privately owned Iraqi Company for construction, factories for asphalt, crushed gravel factory, all types of earthwork equipments and various types of special trucks for transport of liquid, bunkers and industry equipments. We supply and install different type of shades such as sun shades,K-spans shade, and all the types of standard and high durability / caravans for camping. We also maintain electric power sub-station, supplying PVC, PE, CS and ductile pipes, we provide local services,logistics agent service to all clients and Iraqi government with multi-skilled and experience staff member act in the capacity of the Main Contractor or joint venture partner, sub-contractor, service provider and logistics agent. We pride ourselves in our ability to work in difficult and challenging environments, to produce successful results and added value to our clients and partners.

| Background and History |

AI Ataa Company established 1978 in Basrah Iraq and in 1982 became one of the leading constructions and earth works companies. AI Ataa Company started in Basrah, Iraq and extends to Baghdad and many other provinces especially in the South part of Iraq.
AI Ataa Company was founded by experienced businessman, Mr. FARHAN ATIA JASIM along with engineers & 60 skilled and unskilled manpower together with Civil Engineers and Consultant Engineers. At present the company staff is more than 250 include the Management staff / specialist, engineers and skilled manpower from Iraq / Dual nationals.

On 1st of June onwards, the Company has contract with Schlumberger, leading oilfield services provider, trusted to deliver better results in any location to help customers improve E&P performance. We are currently supplying them with heavy equipments such as cranes, trailers, forklifts and many others. We are also in charge of supplying different tools and item used in their operation.
